Acceptable Use Policy

Effective November 5, 2026

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses AdSnipe's AI agent, portal and Slack channels. If something here is breached, we may pause the work involved, suspend access, or end the Services.

You may not use the Services to

• Advertise anything illegal, or anything the ad platforms prohibit, or get around an ad platform's review, policies or restrictions.
• Run deceptive or misleading ads, fake claims, fake reviews or testimonials, or offers you don't honor.
• Discriminate in ads, including in targeting for housing, employment, credit or other special ad categories.
• Connect ad accounts, Pages or tools you don't have the right to manage.
• Harass, threaten or defame anyone, or use competitors' ads or content in a way that infringes their rights.
• Collect personal information unlawfully, or use the Services to build lists for others.
• Make decisions about people's credit, employment, housing, insurance, health care or legal rights based only on what the agent produces.
• Break the terms of the tools we connect to, including Meta's and Google's advertising policies and Slack's terms.
• Upload malware, try to get into accounts or data that are not yours, test or probe our security, overload the Services, or copy, resell or reverse engineer them.
• Get around approval steps, daily limits, Autopilot limits, credit limits or other controls.

Your ads

Changes the agent recommends are made only after you approve them, or within the Autopilot settings and limits you chose. You remain responsible for your ads, their claims, the offers in them, your landing pages, the targeting you approve and following each ad platform's rules.
