AI Disclosure
Effective November 5, 2026
AdSnipe provides an AI advertising agent, called Nick, that works for businesses. This page explains what that means.
What the agent does
- Reads the performance of the ad accounts a business connects, and watches them for problems.
- Audits accounts, finds wasted spend and studies competitors' public ads.
- Drafts recommendations, ads, ad copy, video scripts and reports.
- Makes changes in an ad account only after an approver at the business approves them, unless the business has chosen to let certain kinds of changes run automatically ("Autopilot") within the daily limits it set.
What it uses
The agent runs on large language models provided by Anthropic, and uses a decision model from TypeSafe AI ("Jev") to label ads and check recommendations. These models are used to produce the agent's work and are not trained on our clients' data.
Its limits
AI can make mistakes. It can misread data, get a number wrong, or sound confident about something that is not right. Its estimates, such as expected savings or results, are estimates and not promises. That is why a person approves changes by default, why each business sets its own limits, and why every change is logged in the portal and in Slack. The agent's work is not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice.
Ads it writes
Ads and scripts the agent drafts are suggestions. The business reviews them and decides what to run, and is responsible for the claims and offers in its ads and for following each ad platform's policies.
