Data Deletion

Effective November 5, 2026

You can ask AdSnipe to delete the data we hold about you or your business at any time, including data we received from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google.

How to ask

Email support@adsnipe.ai from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my data", and tell us the business name. If you no longer have access to that email, tell us what you can and we will verify the request another way.

You can also remove our access yourself at any time:

• Meta: in Facebook, go to Settings, then Business Integrations, find AdSnipe and click Remove. Removing it stops our access right away.
• Google: go to myaccount.google.com/permissions, find AdSnipe and click Remove access.

What happens next

• We confirm we received your request within 2 business days.
• We disconnect your ad accounts and delete the stored sign-ins for them.
• Within 30 days, we delete your ad account data, the leads and sales you told us about, your business information and the agent's memory about your business.
• We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, tax records and the record of when you agreed to our Terms. Those records are kept no longer than needed and are never used for anything else.
• We email you when the deletion is done.

Backups are overwritten on their normal cycle, and deleted data is not restored from them.
