Privacy Policy
Effective November 5, 2026
This policy explains how AdSnipe LLC ("AdSnipe", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when businesses use our AI advertising agent, our website at adsnipe.ai, our portal at app.adsnipe.ai, and our agent in Slack (the "Services").
There are two kinds of information in this policy:
- Information about our clients and their teams, such as the names and emails of people who sign in. We decide how this is used.
- Information our clients give us or connect, such as their ad account data and the leads and sales they tell us about ("Client Data"). We process this only on our client's behalf and on their instructions, as a service provider. If you are a customer of one of our clients, that business's own privacy policy also applies, and you can contact them directly.
1. Information we collect
Account and contact information: names, email addresses, phone numbers (including mobile numbers you give us on our forms), job titles and Slack user details for the people at our client businesses who use the Services, and the record of when each person agreed to our Terms and this policy.
Business information: what our clients tell us about their business, such as services, prices, service areas, offers, budgets and brand details, so the agent can work for them.
Advertising data: when a client connects an ad account, the data in that one account: campaigns, ad sets, ads and their text, images and videos, budgets, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, leads, search terms, and ad approval status.
Lead and sales information: what our clients choose to tell us about their leads and customers, such as a name, whether they booked or bought, the amount, and which ad they came from. Clients are not required to give us their customers' contact details.
Public ad information: ads that competitors and other businesses run publicly, collected from public sources such as the Meta Ad Library, to study what works in a client's market.
Billing information: plan, credits, purchases and invoices. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. We keep the card brand, last four digits and expiry date so you can see which card is on file.
Usage and technical information: sign-in times, pages used, actions taken in the portal and Slack, IP address, browser type and error logs, used to keep the Services secure and working.
Cookies and browser storage: the portal uses browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember small preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking in the portal. If we add analytics or advertising tags to our public website, we will update this policy and offer the choices the law requires first.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide the Services: audit and monitor ad accounts, alert clients, prepare recommendations, ads and reports, make the changes clients approve or allow, and run the portal.
- Bill for the Services and handle payments.
- Keep the Services secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- Communicate with our clients about their account, including service messages, receipts and changes to our terms.
- Improve the Services for our clients, using aggregated information that does not identify individuals or businesses.
- Meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use Client Data to train AI models.
3. How AI is used
The agent uses large language models provided by Anthropic to read ad data and business information and to draft recommendations, ads, scripts and reports. We also use a decision model from TypeSafe AI ("Jev") to label ads, for example by their hook, offer and where the traffic goes, and to help check recommendations. Information is sent to these providers only to produce those results, under terms that do not allow it to be used to train their models. Our clients approve changes before they are made, unless they choose to let certain kinds of changes run automatically within limits they set.
4. Who we share information with
We share information only with:
- Service providers that help us run the Services, listed on our Subprocessors page, under contracts that limit their use of the information.
- The ad platforms and tools our clients connect, such as Meta, Google and Slack, as needed to do the work they ask for.
- Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect the rights, safety or property of our clients, the public or us.
- A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or merged, subject to this policy.
5. Google user data
When a business connects Google Ads (which also covers its YouTube video ads), we ask Google only for access to that business's Google Ads accounts (the "adwords" permission). We use it to read the performance of the one account the business picks (spend, clicks, conversions, budgets, search terms and ad approval status), to show it to the business, to alert them when something changes, and to make the specific changes the business approves (such as pausing a campaign, changing a budget or adding negative keywords), or that the business turned on automatically. We don't use Google user data for advertising, we don't sell it, we don't use it to train AI models, and people at AdSnipe read it only with the business's permission, for security, or when the law requires it. AdSnipe's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. A business can disconnect at any time by asking us, or by removing AdSnipe at myaccount.google.com/permissions; we then delete the stored Google sign-in within 30 days.
6. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) data
When a business connects its Meta ad account, we access only the ad account, Pages and lead forms the business chooses to share. We use that data to read ad performance, audit the account, alert the business, pull the leads from its lead forms so it can see which ads bring customers, and make the specific changes the business approves or allowed. We don't sell Meta data, we don't use it to train AI models, we don't use it to target ads for anyone else, and we don't combine one business's Meta data with another's. A business can disconnect at any time by asking us, or by removing AdSnipe under Business Integrations in its Facebook settings; we then delete the stored Meta access within 30 days. To ask us to delete data we received from Meta, see our Data Deletion page.
7. Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box on one of our forms, or text us first, we may text you about what you asked for, as described in our SMS Terms. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages for us.
8. How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as a client uses the Services and as needed to provide them. When a client leaves, we disconnect their ad accounts and delete or return Client Data within 30 days of their request, or within 90 days after the Services end, except where we must keep certain records (such as invoices and the record of their agreement to our Terms) to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations. Backups are overwritten on their normal cycle.
9. Security
We protect information with access controls, encryption in transit, encrypted storage of ad platform sign-ins, encrypted storage with our database provider, separate access for each client workspace, approval steps before changes are made, and audit logs of key actions. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected clients of a security incident as required by law and our Data Processing Addendum.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email support@adsnipe.ai. We will verify the request and respond within the time the law requires. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
If your information is part of one of our clients' Client Data, please contact that business. We will help them respond.
To stop marketing emails from us, use the unsubscribe link in the email. To stop text messages, reply STOP.
11. Children
The Services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
12. Where information is stored
We are based in the United States and store and process information in the United States. The Services are offered to businesses in the United States and Canada.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If the changes are material, we will tell our clients before they take effect. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
