SMS Terms

These terms cover text messages from AdSnipe LLC ("AdSnipe"). They are part of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The program

Program name: AdSnipe text messages.

What we text about: replies to your questions, call and demo booking confirmations and reminders, event and webinar reminders, onboarding and account notices, and, only if you separately agree to them, occasional offers and news from AdSnipe.

How you join: you join by checking the text message consent box on one of our forms and entering your mobile number, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. The consent boxes on our forms are never checked for you.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with what you've asked for, usually no more than a few messages a week. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan.

Stopping and help

• To stop: reply STOP to any message. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed, and no more after that. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT.
• For help: reply HELP to any message, or email support@adsnipe.ai.
• To join again: reply START, or check the consent box on one of our forms again.

Your information

We do not share or sell your mobile number or your text message consent to anyone for their marketing. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages for us. See our Privacy Policy.

Other terms

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission, and be at least 18 years old. We may change or end the program; changes are posted on this page.
