Approve from anywhere

Nick asks.
You tap yes.

Nick never changes your ads without your OK. Give it from wherever you already are: Slack, your portal, email, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp or Telegram.

Approval needed (pause ad set): Pause the ad set “Spring promo”

It spent $64 today with no leads. Your other ad sets bring leads in at $21. Pausing it moves that money to what’s working.

How it works

From problem to fixed,
in one tap.

The same four steps, whatever app you use.

01

Nick spots it

Every 30 minutes he checks your ads against their normal day. Wasted spend, a winner that needs budget, a rejected ad.

02

He asks you, where you are

A message with what he saw, what he wants to do and what it should save or earn you, with Approve and Reject buttons.

03

You tap once

Approve or Reject. On email and the phone apps the button opens a short confirm page, so nothing happens by accident.

04

He does it, and logs it

The change is made inside your spend limits, your team sees it, and it’s saved in Approvals and Activity.

Same rules everywhere

One set of rules.
Every app.

It doesn’t matter where you tap. Every approval goes through the same step.

  • Only people you allow can approve. Everyone else gets updates only.
  • Your daily spend limits apply to every change, whatever app it came from.
  • Autopilot settings are the same everywhere: ask me first, do it and tell me after, or never.
  • Every decision is logged with who made it and from which app.
  • Approval links are signed, work once, and expire after 7 days.
Your whole team, in the loop

Everyone sees
the same thing.

Your Slack channel stays the home base. When someone messages Nick on WhatsApp, it shows up there too, and Nick answers in both. Nothing gets lost between apps.

Questions

Good questions.

Setup guides are in the Help center

Do I need Slack?
No. Every plan comes with a private Slack channel for your business (Slack is free for you), but you don’t have to use it. You can talk to Nick and approve from your portal, email, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp or Telegram instead.
Who can approve?
You choose. On the “Where Nick reaches you” page in your portal you add each person, pick their app, and tick whether they can approve or only get updates.
Are the approval links safe?
Yes. Each link is signed for one person and one decision, works once, and expires after 7 days. It opens a short page where you confirm, so an email scanner opening the link can’t approve anything.
Does WhatsApp or Telegram cost me anything?
No. There’s nothing to pay or install beyond the app you already have.
Can I stop the messages?
Any time. Reply STOP in WhatsApp or Telegram, pause or remove someone in your portal, or switch them to “only what needs a decision.”

Privacy & site data

The example workspaces, advertising metrics and agent actions on this website use sample data and do not connect to any advertising account.

Forms you send us

When you send a contact, demo, webinar, partner or calculator form, we receive what you entered so we can reply. If you tick a text message box, we also keep a record of that consent (the wording, the time and your IP address), as carriers require. Text messages are optional and never a condition of buying.

Booking a demo

Our booking calendar is provided by our scheduling provider (LeadConnector). It loads only when you open it, and the details you enter there go to AdSnipe to set up your call.

Your launch brief

The launch planner saves its draft in this browser’s local storage only. It does not send your plan to AdSnipe. You can download your brief, copy it, or reset the planner to clear its saved draft.

Website services

The website does not add advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Its hosting service may process information needed to deliver the site and manage access. Browser and hosting privacy controls apply separately.

Our policies

How AdSnipe handles data for clients is in our Privacy Policy, and the agreement for using AdSnipe is in our Terms of Service. Questions: support@adsnipe.ai.
