Nick works inside some of the most important accounts your business has. Here’s exactly how we keep them safe.
Approval before any change
By default Nick changes nothing in your ad accounts until someone you named approves that exact change, in Slack or your portal. Autopilot is off until you turn it on, one kind of change at a time, and it always stays inside your daily spend limits.
Only the accounts you choose
You connect each ad account yourself with the platform’s own sign-in, and you pick which account Nick can see. We ask only for the access needed to read performance and make the changes you approve. Disconnect anytime from your portal, or from your Facebook or Google settings.
Encrypted, inside and out
Everything between you and AdSnipe travels over encrypted connections. Ad platform sign-ins are encrypted again with our own key before they’re stored, and our database provider encrypts stored data.
Every workspace kept separate
Each business has its own workspace, Slack channel and memory. People only see the workspaces they were given. Agencies only ever see their own clients, never another agency’s, and never our internal costs.
A record of every action
Every approval, change, sign-in and permission change is logged with who did it and when, so you can always see what happened in your account.
Built to stay up
Limits on requests and running work, automatic restarts, spending caps on our side and round-the-clock uptime monitoring keep one busy account from slowing anyone else down.
What we never do
Lines we don’t cross.
These aren’t settings. They’re how AdSnipe is built.
We never sell your data or your customers’ data.
We never use your data to train AI models, ours or anyone else’s.
We never pay for, hold or mark up your ad spend. It stays on your own card.
We never combine one business’s ad data with another’s.
We never text your customers. Nick works with you and your team.
People at AdSnipe only look at your data to support you, keep things secure, or when the law requires it.
AI, payments and platforms
Who else is involved.
AI providers
Nick runs on large language models from Anthropic, plus a decision model from TypeSafe AI that labels ads. Your information is sent to them only to produce Nick’s work, under terms that don’t allow it to be used to train their models.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Google and Meta data
Our use of information from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Meta data is used only for the business that connected it, never to target ads for anyone else.
Email support@adsnipe.ai with “Security report” in the subject. We look at every report quickly and will keep you updated. To delete data we hold, see our data deletion page.
