What are credits?+
Credits pay for the work Nick does: checks, audits, research, new ads and reports. One credit is one cent. Your plan includes credits every month, your portal shows every credit used, and you can buy more or turn on automatic top-ups with a monthly limit you choose. Included credits reset each month.
Is my ad spend included?+
No. Meta and Google charge your own card for your ads, exactly as they do today. AdSnipe never pays for, holds or marks up your ad spend. Your plan is a separate monthly fee.
Can I cancel?+
Yes, anytime, in your portal or by telling us in Slack. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for and doesn’t renew. See our refund and cancellation policy.
Is there a setup fee?+
No. Your launch plan, your Slack channel and connecting your ad accounts are all included in every plan.
How does agency pricing work?+
Agencies pay per client workspace each month, with a 3 client minimum. Each client gets Nick, a launch plan and their own included credits, and your team manages all of them from one agency dashboard.
